It is a True Vtg. 70s Lime Green Cotton Floral Print Maxi Dress, Handmade by a Modiste - fits a size 4/6

Long sleeves,square neck,empire waist, self belt ties in back. Gorgeous color!

This is the real thing - a homemade 1970s maxi dress by an expert seamstress of choice super soft polished cotton. What could possibly be more cottagecore?The color, the fabric and the style is exactly what Penelope on Bridgerton would have chosen!

It is a very pretty dress on! There is a nylon zipper up the back. You put the dress on over the head and it hangs from the shoulders with an empire waistband in the front only. You then zip up the back. Long ties extend from the waistband and you bring them around your waist in the back at whereverposition they feel comfortable, then tie them into a bow in the back.

Shown with a faux turquoise blue bead necklace - no longer available as it has already been sold. If you like it itshouldnt be too hard to find a similar one . Ask me if you want one as I will be looking for another necklace suitable to wear with this dress.

Measurements: Fits a size 4/6 in contemporary sizing.

Shoulders are 14" wide dress is a full A-line hanging from shoulders

Bust is 36" in circumference

Waist is fuller but you tie the belt ties around at waist height to fit your waist at empire waist under bust level.

Length is 56" from shoulder to hemline edge. There is a 2.5" hem which could be let down if you need to make dress longer. It could also behemmed to be shorter if required.

Currently fits a 56" woman as afloor length dress justtouching the tops of her shoes in the front when wearing 2" heels.
